Using the IPython Notebook for graphing and data processing

Go find `your machine name <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArcOEBWnXSBidHhxaTlreUlTeVRJVVZ2LUpDMmdOTlE#gid=0>`__, and then go to::

   https://<machine-name>

You'll need to disable your security settings potentially (different for every browser... sorry).

Then enter the password 'beacon' and you should be in!

We're going to start with 'graph-blast-bitscore'.
